This is one of the easiest recipes you can make. It will literally take a couple minutes in the evening to put together, then you have a healthy prepared breakfast in the morning! This recipe works great a dessert as well, just prepare ingredients at least 4 hours in advance and place in the fridge to set. The texture may take you a couple tries before it really grows on you, but the taste will keep you coming back for more! You can easily take this to go with you by placing in a small mason jar as shown in the picture above. Experiment with different flavours and milks until you come of with flavour combinations you love!
Chia pudding is so easy to prepare and makes a delicious breakfast. Place ingredients in a jar and shake in the evening, it turns into a healthy delicious pudding in the morning. customize with different spices and toppings!

Makes 4 servings
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
5 tbsp whole chia seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 ½ tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp maple syrup
optional toppings- pumpkin or sunflower seeds, dried or fresh berries.
- Add ingredients to a large mason jar, tighten lid and shake to combine
- Shake a few more times to combine and place in the fridge overnight
- Shake again in the morning and enjoy as is or with added toppings of choice.
